scheme ：计划，方案；阴谋，奸策。如： He suggested several schemes to increase sales. 他提出了好几种促销方案； That so-called sale is a scheme to swindle the consumer. 所谓的大贱卖只是个欺诈消费者的骗局；

ambition ：雄心、抱负、志向；野心，企图。如： Her ambition was to be a great actress. 她的志向是成为一名伟大的演员； His political ambitions still burns. 他的政治野心依然炽烈。

envy ：嫉妒，羡慕。如： His new house was the envy of all his friends. 他的新居成了所有朋友羡慕的对象； She envied John for his success. 她妒忌约翰所取得的成功。

last ：最终的，最具权威的；极不可能的，最不愿意干的；最不适当的。如： He was the last say on the matter. 这件事上他最有发言权； He is the last person to tell a lie. 他最不可能说谎。
