Dear Sir,

I checked-in your hotel last week on 19th June 2014 during my businees trip in Shanghai. It was arrnaged by my company secretary because of the business relationship between my company and your hotel. The hotel services were found to be unsatisfactory during my stay and some of the main points are listed below:

1) the bathroom was not properly cleaned: the floor was wet and the bathtub was very dirty;

2) the hot water was not hot enough: only warm water was discharged despite all the adjustment.

This bad experience I had is totally different from last year when I found your hotel service was quite good. I hope you can look into this seriously or else my company will consider removing your hotel from our preferred hotel list.

I expect to receive an formal explanation from your hotel on this matter soon.
