Flexed budget和flexible budget区别：含义不同、用法不同、侧重点不同

一、含义不同

Flexed budget

flexible budget

1.un.机动预算，弹性预算；弹性预算法。flexible，adj.能适应新情况的；灵活的；可变动的；柔韧的。

二、用法不同

Flexed budget

1.固定费用预算

flexible budget

1.机动预算

Companies divide flexible budget variances for direct materials and direct labor into price and efficiency (quantity) variances.

公司将直接材料，直接人工的弹性差异分为价格和效率差异。

2.弹性预算

Flexible budget variances are differences between actual results and flexible budget amounts.

弹性预算差异是实际结果与弹性预算结果不同而产生的差异。

3.弹性预算法

Sales volume variances are differences between amounts in the flexible budget and amounts in the master budget.

销售数量差异是由于弹性预算中的业务量与总预算中的业务量不同而产生的差异。

三、侧重点不同

Flexed budget

fled budget 是根据actual unit （中文意思：实际单位）实际生产量得来的，通过用一开始的fixed budget 调到flexed budget（中文意思：弹性预算）。

flexible budget

flexible budget，是一开始在制定预算的时候就考虑到了不同的生产量activity level（中文翻译：活动级别），一般用total cost=fixed cost+variable cost×Q。

翻译：一般用总成本=固定成本+可变成本×Q。
